    During Kevin’s tenure, he was responsible for the multi-faceted twelve-month program commemorating IBM’s Centennial with clients, community partners, employees and investors. IBM received many awards of distinction for their campaign, including the PRSA Silver Anvil Award for IBM’s “Centennial Celebration of Service”.

    Kevin is passionate about the improving the effectiveness of marketing and customer engagement through the application of insights and technology. Drawing on 30+ years of marketing and sales experience, he uses systems thinking to help clients optimise each touch point and moment with their customers.

    As vice president and general manager of IBM’s Marketing Automation business Kevin was responsible for developing and delivering an integrated portfolio of cloud based and on-premise software and services to integrate marketing, commerce and service practices by taking a holistic approach to customer experience. These systems are used by some of the leading marketers worldwide.

    As vice president for the IBM Brand System and IBMer Enablement Kevin led brand management, reputation and workforce enablement initiatives across IBM’s employee base of more than 430,000 people located in 170 countries. During his tenure, he was responsible for a multi-faceted twelve month program commemorating IBM’s Centennial with clients, community partners, employees and investors.

    Previously Kevin held a number of other sales and marketing leadership positions within IBM including vice president of Marketing, Communications and Citizenship for IBM Northeast Europe, vice president of ibm.com for Northeast Europe and vice president of Global Business Services Strategy and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

    In addition to his line management responsibilities, Kevin was chairman of the IBM United Kingdom Trust and was visiting professor of Marketing at the University of Bedfordshire. He earned a Master of Arts in natural sciences and a Master of Engineering in manufacturing and production engineering from the University of Cambridge.
